Relaxen

Oeps, ik loop op de zaken vooruit! Ik post over grote bomen in Yosemite, terwijl ik jullie nog niet heb verteld over alle leuke dingen die we daarvoor hadden gedaan in California!
I'm already writing about big trees, and I didn't even tell you about all the others things we did before that!

Zoals bijvoorbeeld: relaxen in Palm Springs. In Palm Springs schijnt de zon altijd! Het ligt midden in de woestijn, dus: warm. We hebben lekker aan het zwembad gelegen, en rondgehangen in onze prachtige ingerichte hotelkamer (ik ga dat interieur ontwerp compleet kopieren in mijn eigen huis). Palm Springs is sowieso een oase van superdupercool jaren '50 design. Als het er niet superheet zou worden in de zomer zou ik er zo gaan wonen (ik vond het nu al vrij superheet).
Like relaxing in Palm Springs. It seems that the sun always shines here! And, since Palm Springs is in the middle of the desert, it was nice and warm. So we spent quite some time hanging around at the saltwaterpool, listening to the loungemusic and watching the tattood hipsters and their dogs, and in our beautifully decorated hotelroom/ balcony. Palm Springs by the way is an oasis of mod fifties design. If it wouldn't become so warm in summer, then I would contemplate living there.


En toen we even genoeg hadden van het relaxen zijn we gaan wandelen in Joshua Tree Park, voor wat woestijn-scenery.
And by the time we had enough of all the relaxing, we went for a nice walk and drive in Joshua Tree park.
